Meet the Owner: Angel of It’s Brie Thyme

Can you share a bit about your business and what you do?

We are a family run small business specializing in charcuterie boards, and boxes, and spreads.

When and why did you decide to start your new business?

We have always enjoyed creating charcuterie boards for family and friends but had never really considered starting this business until this past June. All the downtime that this year has brought allowed us to just go for it and really give the opportunity more thought. We launched Instagram, posted our work, and did not know what we were getting ourselves into, quite honestly. We didn’t expect it to blow up as much as it did, but we could not be more grateful!

What do you love most about running your own business?

We love the flexibility and how it gives us the ability to set our schedule & the pace of our business. We love that we as a family could occupy ourselves with this cool new blessing during this strange time. Lastly, we love seeing our customers enjoy our boards and seeing the happiness it brings to our supporters.

What are your overall goals for your business?

To reach as many people as we can and to be able to keep growing as a family business. Maybe a storefront in the future?

What services do you provide for anyone who may want to reach out to you/work with you?

We offer catering, vegan options, delivery for orders $80+, custom orders, and we are always down to travel!
