Can you share a bit about your business and what you do?
I am an aspiring charcuterie caterer and event planner. As of now, I offer pre-selected charcuteries that range from regular old charcuteries with cheese and cured meats. However, I love to get creative and accept any custom orders as long as they’re curated uniquely.
I also offer event planning and picnics for many individuals. I’m not huge, but I’m getting my name out there as I genuinely love what I’m doing and want to manifest it to a full-time gig!
When and why did you decide to start your new business?
I started my small business in April 2020. I’ve always loved curating charcuteries for my family and friends, plus I always went all out with decorating for a special event. It’s been such a surreal experience since then, and I cannot wait until I expand it more and more!
What do you love most about running your own business?
What I love most about running my small business is truly doing what I love. I love how fascinated my customers look when I curate anything or plan a picnic. Not to mention the fact that I get to get as creative as possible with everything I offer.
What are your overall goals for your business?
My overall goal is to expand both ideas to a storefront to be more accessible to my customers. I want to leave corporate America and wake up every day and do what I love. I would love to own a charcuterie + wine restaurant where it would be perfect for any individuals on a date night or a friend’s day.
What services do you provide for anyone who may want to reach out to you/work with you?
- I do offer catering, and I offer a lot more reasonable prices.
- I do deliver, and the majority of my clients prefer delivery since LA traffic is insane. I usually deliver before I start work.
- I do accept custom orders. I highly suggest them as I get to focus on my customers’ preferred ingredients. I also do travel, if required.
